Meatloaf, it’s what’s for dinner

Meatloaf traditionally is made in a bread pan but when you are feeding a family of 8 it just takes to many bread pans to complete a meal. So when I have a bunch of mouths to feed I make meatloaf in a cake pan. {Note: It also cuts the baking time almost in half.}
Here is what I used. (These are guesstimates. I am one of those chefs that just throw ingredients in without measuring.)
Meatloaf
  • 2.5 pounds of 80% lean Hamberger
  • 4 eggs
  • approx1 cup of ketchup
  • 1 to 2 cups of ranchy bread crumbs. (see recipe below)
  • 1/2 tps onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash
  • a few shakes of salt
  • approx 1/4 lb of cheddar cheese
I know there is garlic powder in the picture below but...........
